INNOVEX CARDS MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. and INNOVEX CARDS SERVICES, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (who together for the purposes of this Privacy Notice shall be referred to as "INNOVEX CARDS"), with address for the purposes of this PRIVACY NOTICE at Av. Lázaro Cárdenas 2400, Int B21D, Residencial San Agustín, in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, hereinafter "Data Controllers" shall be responsible for collecting, using, and protecting your personal data, through this Privacy Notice, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, stating that it is a legal entity, primarily engaged in the issuance, distribution, and general commercialization of vouchers, coupons, passwords, electronic wallets, prepaid cards, service cards, gift cards, and other similar instruments.

In order to fulfill its corporate purpose, and to identify clients, suppliers, and interested parties, and to comply with obligations and its corporate purpose, certain information provided by its clients and suppliers is required, which may include the following:

Name, address, email, telephone, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), banking information, and any other information that may be necessary.

In order to safeguard and limit the use or disclosure of personal data, the "Data Controller" shall protect personal data by implementing administrative, technical, and physical security measures. Therefore, personal data shall be safeguarded and managed through a computer system with a high level of information security, and additionally on a digital platform stored in the "cloud" with restrictions and limited access, to which only the heads of the Customer Service, Supplier Service, Administration, and Treasury departments, as well as the "Privacy Officer," shall have access.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof or revoke the consent you may have granted for such purpose, through the procedures we have implemented. Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside the country by persons other than this company. In that regard, your information may be shared with Financial Institutions, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, the Tax Administration Service, or any other Government agency or Judicial Authority that requests it in writing, duly founded and motivated.

If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it shall be understood that you have granted your consent for such purpose.
